Good Eats : The Grilled Cheese Truck

Living in Los Angeles is great for many reasons, one of those being food trucks.  Vehicles that transport all sorts of delicious food all over the city?  Sounds like a dream come true.  Especially for this girl, who just got her wisdom teeth removed but still wanted to eat something soft and delicious.  Enter The Grilled Cheese Truck.  If you don't like grilled cheese, I think there may be something wrong with your taste buds.  This truck is a little slice of heaven.  Last time I visited the truck, I got a Brie melt with marmalade, apples, and other tasty things.

This time, however, I sprung for the Mac and Rib.  That's right.  Mac and cheese, carmelized onions, and barbecue pork.  Feast your eyes.

What a beaut.

The Mac and Rib was everything I dreamed it could be.  Flavorful, crisp, and not dripping in grease.  It was also the perfect amount of food.  I didn't feel like I needed to unzip my pants to breathe after I finished (this is a frequent occurrence for me).  Also, the homemade mac and cheese was superb.  I'm very picky with my mac and cheese, but the cheese didn't taste furry and thick like many home made macs.  Swing by The Grilled Cheese Truck when it's in your neighborhood.  You won't regret it!

My food eyes and my bedroom eyes are the exact same thing.
